KeymasterHi!
This issue was solved just yesterday and the fix was uploaded to codecanyon. Please download the plugin again and try to install it, it was approved just today morning.
Let me know if it does not help!Ernest Marcinko
KeymasterThank you very much for the kind words, I would appreciate the review and the rating.
I was working on the plugin for 4 months and it’s far from finished yet. I’m trying my best for the best user experience possible with the most features.
Right now I’m gathering user feedback on what aspects does the plugin need improvement. I will definitely look into the multisite create or copy feature. I was already thinking of creating an export-import page for some of my plugins.

KeymasterHi!
Can you link me to a page, where the search is enabled? I get a 404 error when I try to load the page you provided.
Also, have you tried to place the search somewhere else on the page? (widgets, posts, footer, header)

KeymasterMy apologies, I have actually found the problem! I was able to reproduce it on one of my test servers. On the main plugin file there was an opening and closing php tag between the comment and the code and apparently some php versions are not tolerating that!
I’m uploading the fixed version to codecanyon, while it gets approved you can download it from an attachement to this post. After deleting the old plugin, it should now work fine.

KeymasterHi!
This usually happens if the file gets corrupted during upload or extracion. Have you tried to upload the plugin folder manually (with ftp)?
What happens if you deactivate the every plugin and only activate ajax search pro, does the problem persist?
Also, which version of wordpress are you using?
Can you see any error log files (erro_log) in the website main directory or in the plugins/ajax-search-pro directory? If so, then please upload them, I may see some relevant errors in them.Ernest Marcinko
KeymasterHi!
I cannot see the backend, it says that I don’t have sufficient privileges. I made some changes by ftp on the plugin, but I can’t confirm if it helped or not. The list only container blogs marked as “public” and live so I guess that might have caused the issue.
Please check the blog list, I hope it’s fine now.

KeymasterNo problems, I think I fixed it in the meantime. I released a hotfixed version to codecanyon just yesterday, so I deleted the old search, installed the new one, and now it seems that it’s saving correctly.
It should work correctly now.

KeymasterThank you, it’s working now!
Can you please check if the ftp server has any IP restrictions? I can’t connect to the ftp server, also tried to ping it with no success.

KeymasterAre you sure it’s production? The site is broken since the beggining for me: http://i.imgur.com/tnx641S.png
The images doesn’t seem to work, and some stylesheets are missing likely.
Also, where can I log into the administrator area? The wp-admin/ and wp-login.php urls are not working for me.

KeymasterThen the database prefix is most likely all right, because there would be 0 records in the first table.
It’s more likely, that the submit request is not arriving properly for some reason, so the values are not saved.
Can you please provide temporary ftp and administrator access to your site? I would like to do a line-to-line debugging on the affected plugin code.

KeymasterHi!
Unfortunately this is just the leftover test error log, as you can see the dates are from march 2014, so It’s something else.
Can you please check that the {dbPrefix}_ajaxsearchpro and the {dbPrefix}_ajaxsearchpro_statistics tables exist in the wordpress database? (http://i.imgur.com/DWPwPZX.png)
I’m suspecting that maybe those tables were not created when the plugin was activated.

KeymasterHi!
Can you please attach the error log or upload it somewhere? It will help me fix the issue.

KeymasterHi!
The ftp account was not working (I could only see an empty directory), but I managed to make some changes via the plugin editor. I’m not sure if it will work or not, because the javascript files are cached and I couldn’t find any tool to refresh the cache.
After refreshing the cache you should be able to see the results list now.
